Pure Yellow Ochre Minerals

Trusted for warm tones, durability, and versatile applications.

Yellow Ochre is a natural earth pigment formed from a blend of clay, silica, and hydrated iron oxide (limonite), which imparts its distinct warm yellow tone. Limonite contains minerals such as goethite, lepidocrocite, akaganeite, and jarosite, all contributing to the pigment’s stability and earthy coloration. After extraction, the raw material is washed to remove impurities, then dried and finely milled to produce a smooth, uniform pigment suitable for various applications.

Known for its excellent compatibility, Yellow Ochre mixes well with other mineral colors and maintains consistent shades, making it widely used across artistic, commercial, and industrial sectors. Its natural composition and high dispersibility make it valuable in ceramics, glassmaking, abrasives, foundry applications, construction materials, coatings, and petroleum drilling processes. Its long-term color stability and environmental safety further enhance its industrial appeal.
